Privacy Policy

REGISTRATION and AUTHORIZATION in the InstantCharts service is made through the Telegram messenger network.
The InstantCharts service does not receive and contain the following personal information on its servers:

• Phone numbers
• Personal Data

User's AUTHORIZATION in the InstantCharts service is made by an unique number created during REGISTRATION.

The trading account management is performed through API keys created by a subscriber, with corresponding trading permissions.

API keys of subscribers are stored by InstantCharts service encrypted by Ledger Vault technology.

For maximum security and impossibility to use API keys via third-party servers, API keys should be created with the following restrictions:

1. Create API keys only for trading operations on the SPOT market
2. Disable the possibility to receive information about the trading account number and to perform operations on deposit/withdrawal of funds.
3. Attach API keys to the InstantCharts server IP

Using the InstantCharts service, you entrust us with your personal information in the form of API keys.
Only a single device can use InstantCharts service at a time. Check periodically whether you can access the trading terminal from other devices in the Telegram messenger.
We do our best to ensure its security and at the same time give you the opportunity to manage your assets.

In case of any suspicion of unauthorized access to your assets, immediately delete keys or subscriptions to the InstantCharts service in the API Trading Terminal.
Deleting a subscription by a user completely removes all information about the performed trading operations.
If you do not need to calculate trading statistics, you should periodically delete the records of performed trading operations.

Use of the trading simulator does not require creation and use of API keys.
